Pending the suit for perpetual injunction and other reliefs, the applicant has filed the present application, seeking leave to combine the cause of action in respect of passing off and infringement infringement of trade mark.

2.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and considering the fact that combining the causes of action will avoid multiplicity of proceedings, this application is ordered as prayed for.
