Crl.M.P.No.3137 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1194 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 21.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1194 of 2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has deposited a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of Advocate Clerks Association, Vellore as directed by this Court on 10.02.2022 and seeks extension of time to furnish sureties.

3.Considering the averments made in the petition, this petition is ordered. Time is extended till 28.03.2022 to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. No further extension shall be granted.
