Respondent PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition filed under Art. 227 of Constitution of India, to pass an order or direction to the Presiding Officer, District Munsif Court at Sriperumbudur as to expedite the trial of the suit made in O.S.No. 75 of 2014 and which is already listed for trial, pending on the file of the court of District Munsif at Sriperumbuduru and dispose of the same as early as possible for securing the ends of justice. 1/4

O R D E R

The Revision Petitioners are the defendants in the suit, have filed this Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to dispose the suit in O.S.No. 75 of 2014 on the file of District Munsif, Sriperumbudur as early as possible for the reason that the 1st defendant is aged more than 80 years and another defendant is aged more than 60 years. Moreover, the suit is pending for the past 7 years and it is also riped for trial.

2. Since the relief is claimed against the trial judge, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. On seeing the facts, it reveals that the suit is riped for trial and also on considering the age of defendants as well as on considering the relief claimed in the suit and also the fact that the suit is pending from the year of 2014, this Court is inclined to direct the trial judge to dispose the suit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
