1.By virtue of this application, the applicant seeks deferment of the date of hearing.

2.It is stated that this prayer is made, in order to enable the petitioner company, to give a clear notice of 21 days for publication of citations, as directed by this Court.

3.The prayer made, in the application, is allowed. The date of hearing of the company petition is, now, fixed as 06.09.2016. 4.The application is, accordingly, disposed of. 5.The Registry will dispatch a copy of this order to the R.O.C. as well as the Regional Director.

6.Mr.Ramaiah, the learned O.L., who is present in Court, is appraised of the order passed today.
