This application has been filed to extend the time by four weeks for passing award by the Sole Arbitrator.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this Court by the order dated 30.07.2018 has appointed the Hon'ble Mr.Justice R.S.Ramanathan (Retd) as Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the issue between the petitioner and the respondent and also gave direction to the Sole Arbitrator to pass award within six months form the date of receipt of the order and subsequently, the time extended then and there and lastly six months time was extended by the order dated 17.09.2020. He further submitted that now the Sole Arbitrator has reserved the matters "for orders." Hence, he requests to extend further time by four weeks for passing award.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent says no objection for allowing this application. Hence, this application is allowed. Four weeks further time is granted for passing award from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
