PRAYER: This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition that (b) the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders; condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.32593 of 2024 on 10.01.2025.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to grant relaxation of the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m, until further orders" in the order dated 23.01.2025 made in Crl.O.P. No.1374 of 2025.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.1374 of 2025 on 23.01.2025 is totally relaxed.
