The prayer sought for in the present revision petition is to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 19.08.2014 made in I.A.No.1013 of 2013 in O.S.No.7 of 2007 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Chengalpattu.

2. When the matter was listed on 19.12.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter came to be listed today, under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter was called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
