O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 09.9.2013, whereby the petitioner was placed under suspension.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration before this Court, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the learned counsel for the petitioner given up his vakalat in this matter. However, on verification of the records, it was found that no appearance entered for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 04.12.2023.

3. In spite of matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', today (06.12.2023) there is no representation for the petitioner. On the other hand, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner also permitted to continue his service. 2/4

4. In the light of the above, this Court is of the considered view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
