Review Application is filed under Order XLVII Rule I of C.P.C., read with Section 115 of CPC and Article 226 of the Constitution of India to review the order made in W.P.No.280 of 2012 dated 28.03.2014.

Further, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has also joined duty.

In view of the same, the contempt application is closed. Insofar as the other reliefs are concerned, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps including to give a representation to the appropriate

authority. Accordingly, the Review Application is also closed.
