Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.507/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence passed by the Learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chennai in S.C.No.96 of 2015 dated 1.8.2018 and release the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above said CRL A.507/2018 [IN CRL.MP.NO.11109 OF 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.507/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AMAR D. PANDIYA Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.V.SARATHADEVI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chennai, dated 01.08.2018 in S.C.No.96 of 2015 and enlarge the petitioner on bail till the disposal of criminal appeal, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the sentence passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chennai, dated 01.08.2018 in S.C.No.96 of 2015, is suspended on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Mahila Court, Chennai. Further, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
