ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable u/s 294(b), 323 and 420 of IPC in Crime No. Not Known of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry in C.No.210 of 2020 is pending against the petitioners.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the enquiry, if a prima facie case is made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

out against the petitioners, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report, otherwise close the petition enquiry. The respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioners till such time.

5. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly with the above directions.
