The contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for their willful and intentional disobedience for non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 29-01-2016 made in W.P.No.1970 of 2016. 1/3

2.This Court passed an order directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks. Now, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner joined the four years course in the year 2014 and completed the course in the year 2018. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that a meagre amount of educational loan was granted. The fact remains that the application submitted by the petitioner was considered and further the petitioner had completed the course during the year 2018 itself. 3.This being the factum, no further consideration is required in respect of the contempt proceedings now initiated and accordingly, the same stands closed. No Costs.
