ORDER
The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in M.P.No.2 of 2015 in W.P.No.13306 of 2015 dated 30.04.2015., came forward to file the present contempt petition.
The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent vide proceedings dated 16.02.2015 in
Na.Ka.No.1996/A1/2015. He has also produced the copy of the said proceedings before this court, which is taken on file and record.
The Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
