ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 25.01.2025 wherein the petitioner has sought for the survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries. 2.

Heard Mr.S.Dheenadhayalan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Murugan Raja, learned counsel for respondents. 3.

The petitioner is tracing title over the subject property through the

settlement deed dated 29.03.2024. The petitioner made an application on 25.01.2025 seeking for the survey of the property and for demarcation of boundaries. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 25.01.2025 and conduct the survey in the subject property based on the title document. If there are any rival claimants, such survey shall be conducted in their presence. This process shall be completed by the respondents within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
