Seeking permission to sue the respondent for damages sustained by it on account of the infringing acts of the respondent at a later point of time under Order 2 Rule 2 CPC, the present application has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the affidavit filed in support of the application.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and considering the fact that no prejudice would be caused to the respondent by allowing this application, the application is ordered as prayed for.
