The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Provident Fund Department, made a submission that the company was wound up and Official Liquidator took charge of the administration. Thus, the provident fund authorities have to file a claim petition before the official liquidator for recovery of dues. Thus, liberty to initiate all appropriate actions for the purpose of filing the claim petitioner.
