ORDER

This petition has been filed to grant relaxation of the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.32504 of 2024 dated 08.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32504 of 2024 dated 08.01.2025 is relaxed.
