This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to pass orders on the proposal submitted by the third respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6416/H1/2014 dated 08.07.2019 and appoint the petitioner as sweeper in the Municipality.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the petitioner has been appointed on compassionate ground as Office Assistant and the appointment order was issued to him on 29.12.2023 in Na.Ka.No.2462/2023/C1 by the third respondent. The petitioner also accepts the same.
