C.M.P.No.5223 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.86540 of 2022 N.MALA.J., This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 158 days in representing the above Civil Miscellaneous appeal against the award made in E.C.No.966 of 2015 on the file of the Commissioner for Employees Compensation, Coonoor.

2. Though notice has been served to the 1st and 2nd respondents, none appeared on behalf of them.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 158 days in representing the appeal is condoned.
