Defendants Prayer: Original Petition has been filed under Sections 232 and 276 of the Indian Succession Act of XXXIX of 1925 for the grant of Letters of Administration in respect of the last Will and Testament of the deceased R.Murugan. Against this petition, a Caveat and supporting affidavit was filed by the Caveators. As per order of this Court, the Original Petition No.423 of 2021 was converted into Testamentary Original Suit No.10 of 2022.

J U D G M E N T
When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel on either side has submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre and they have entered into a compromise. Pursuant to the same, they have filed a Joint Compromise Memorandum dated 19.12.2023 which has been duly signed by both the parties and their respective counsel.
2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and recording the Joint Compromise Memorandum, the suit is decreed in terms of Joint Compromise Memorandum and the said Joint Compromise Memorandum shall form part of the decree. The Court Fee is ordered to be refunded as per law.
