Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to act on the application submitted by the petitioner on 28.01.2020 and survey the property measuring 0.02.0 Are in S.No.232.7B Kudiyana Kuppam Village, Natrampalli Taluk, Tirupattur District with the help of Surveyor. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to act on the application submitted by the petitioner on 28.01.2020 and survey the property measuring 0.02.0 Are in S.No.232.7B Kudiyana Kuppam Village, Natrampalli Taluk, Tirupattur District with the help of Surveyor.

2.Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the Respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 25.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the second respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks (after the conclusion of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
