Alleging that the order dated 31.10.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9503 of 2013 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the appeal itself has been disposed of. Therefore, nothing survives in this contempt petition. 3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
