Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.9105/95/E3 on the file of the first respondent and quash the order of cancellation of allotment dated 28.03.1996 made therein and consequently direct the first respondent to execute a deed of sale in favour of the petitioner in respect of Plot No.82, Door No.14, Old Vazhaima Nagar, Otteri, Perambur, Chennai 600 012 comprised in Block No.11, R.S.No.207/2 part, 208/1 part, to an extent of 91 sq.mts., situate at Perambur Village, Purasawalkam-Perambur Taluk, Chennai District in consequent to the lease cum sale agreement dated 15.05.1995 executed by the first respondent in favour of the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in spite of repeated communications sent to the petitioner calling for certain instructions, no response is forthcoming and therefore, the petition may be closed for no instructions. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed for no instructions from the petitioner. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed. No costs.
