ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 5(b) of the bail order dated 03.01.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.31745 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no. 5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31745 of 2024 dated 03.01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 24.02.2025 dk To Page No.2 of 4
