Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach this court as and when cause of action arises and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the memorandum of grounds in the writ petition. In view of the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as

withdrawn and it is open to the petitioner to approach this court as and when cause of action arises. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
