These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 172 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st respondent in the Appeal Suit; To set aside the abatement if any caused due to the death of the deceased 1st respondent who died on 08.04.2019; To bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent, who are the respondents 21 to 26 herein as respondents 21 to 26 in A.S.No.173 of 2017.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these civil miscellaneous petitions. The petition in C.M.P.No.5963 of 2020, to condone the delay of 172 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st respondent in the Appeal Suit is ordered and the delay stands condoned. The abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent is set aside and C.M.P.No.5964 of 2020 is ordered. Respondents 21 to 26 are ordered to be brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent as respondents 21 to 26 in the Appeal Suit and the petition in C.M.P.No.5966 of 2020 is ordered. 21.02.2023 Jeni Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and post the appeal suit after two week.
