... Respondents This Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of court and willful disobedience of an order of this Court dated 24.10.2013 made in W.P.No.28889 of 2013.

O R D E R

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 24.10.2013 made in W.P.No.28889 of 2013 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this petition seeking to punish the respondents.

Today, when the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the respondent producing a copy of the letter of the 1st respondent dated 17.03.2015 would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with. The said statement is recorded.

As per the said letter dated 17.03.2015, the petitioner is permitted to remit the difference between the capitalized value of the pensionary benefits arrived as per the rules of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Employees Pension Fund Trust and the amount received from the former employer, namely, the Government as per Rule 9 of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Employees Pension Fund Trust Rules for the period from 04.06.1984 to 10.08.1988, within two weeks from today and on such deposit, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders, within a period of one week thereafter.

In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed.
