This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2985 of 2022 dated 08.02.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner had been complying the condition by staying at Krishnagiri and reporting before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2985 of 2022 dated 08.02.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders instead of staying at Krishnagiri and reporting daily at 10.30 a.m.
