This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the GO(T)No.46 of 2024 dated 24.01.2024 on the file of the 1st respondent issued by the Labour Welfare and Skill Development Department.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Government Order staying the suspension of 58 employees in G.O.(T).No.46 dated 24.01.2024 was passed only 2/4
after the employees were terminated from service and the benefits were deposited into their account and accepted by them. Subsequently, an approval petition has been filed by the management which is still pending before the Labour Court. Hence, no further orders is necessary in this writ petition.
3. In the light of the above, the writ petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the workmen to workout their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
