ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the Division Bench had stayed the auction notice dated 04.08.2025.

2. In the light of the above development, unless the stay is vacated/writ appeal is disposed of, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition. Hence, the contempt petition is closed. If there is any further development, it is left open to the petitioner to revive the contempt petition.
