This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for the period of two months and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for another period of two months in Crl.O.P.No.127 of 2023 dated 09.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
