This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 8 days in filing the C.R.P. against the order passed in E.P.No.1 of 2016 on the file of 1st Addl. District Court, Coimbatore, dated 12.10.2022.
2. Mr.A.Sundaravadhanan, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that he has instructed the petitioner to apply for the fair and final order and due to lack of communication, he was not able to produce the same to him to prefer this Revision Petition as they are residing at Kerala. However, there is a delay of 8 days arose in filing the above C.R.P. and the said delay caused is neither willful nor wanton, but for the above said reasons. Accordingly, he has filed the above petition.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit is justifiable one.
