O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal District Munsif Court, Poonamallee, to dispose the execution petition in E.P.No.72 of 2017 expeditiously.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition without notice to the respondent.

3. The Civil Revision Petitioner herein obtained eviction order against the respondent in Rent Control Proceedings in RCOP.No.34 of 2016. The eviction order was passed against the respondents on 02.06.2017 and the same is put into execution in E.P.No.72 of 2017.

4. It is seen from the documents included in the typed set of papers that initially, the respondent remained ex-parte in the execution petition and thereafter, he filed E.A.No.239 of 2018 to set aside the ex-parte order and the same was allowed. It appears the above said Execution Petition was posted for enquiry as early as on 06.09.2019 and thereafter adjourned from time to time without any progress.

5. In view of the fact that the main Execution Petition is of the 2/4

year 2017 and the same was posted for enquiry as early as on 06.09.2019, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Principal District Munsif Court, Poonamallee, to dispose of E.P.No.72 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.
