This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1412 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.1,400/- in CMA.No.sr50793 of 2019 against W.C.No.508 of 2012 on the file of Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation II, (Deputy Commissioner of Labour-II) Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 1412 days is condoned. 4.This Petition is ordered, accordingly.

5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
