The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to cancel the patta issued in favour of the 5th respondent based on the representation dated 02.09.2013 within a time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the 3rd respondent had already considered the representation dated 02.09.2013 and passed an order on 08.10.2013 itself.

3.Mr.S.Arokia Maniraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader may be recorded and the Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, since the 3rd respondent had already disposed of the petitioner's representation as early as on 08.10.2013, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
