ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] The petitioner is the mother of the detenu viz., Amanullah S/o.Abdul Kapoor, aged about 35 years. The detenu has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been detained by the second respondent by his order in C3/D.O.No.19/2020 dated 19.02.2020, holding him to be a "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act, 14/1982. The said order is under challenge in this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. It is seen that this Court, by order dated 15.09.2020, has granted the relief prayed for in this petition and has quashed the detention order.

In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
