Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act against the order made in R.C.A.No.3 of 2012 dated 31.10.2014, on the file of Rent Controller and Subordinate Judge, Pollachi confirming the order in R.C.O.P.No.10 of 2009, dated 29.10.2011 on the file of the District Munsif, Pollachi, Coimbatore District.

O R D E R

The tenant in R.C.O.P.No.10 of 2009 has filed this revision challenging the order passed under Section 8(5) of the Act. The Petition filed by the tenant to deposit the rent in the Court was dismissed by the Rent Controller and the order was confirmed by the Appellate Authority.

2. The eviction petition filed by the landlord was allowed and in C.R.P.No.795 of 2015, this Court had directed the tenant to handover the vacant possession of the petition premises to the landlord, on or before 31.10.2015.

3. In view of the concurrent findings of the authorities and the order passed by this Couirt in C.R.P.795 of 2015, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
