CMP No.16722 of 2016 This application has been filed seeking to implead the proposed respondents as respondents 4 to 6 who are the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent -Ramakrishnan.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing these petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Hence, these petitions are allowed.
