This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall stay at Salem and report before the Inspector of Police, Hasthampatti Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.1330 of 2023 by order dated 23.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the final report has not been filed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
