This petition has been filed to relax the Condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.OP.No.30277 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.OP.No.30277 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024, is totally relaxed. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 28-02-2025 To The Inspector of Police, Virinchipuram P.S, Vellore District.
