This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner anymore on the guise of equiry.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint given by one Mr.Chandrasekaran, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed. 3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the second and third respondents police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him. 4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
