(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J) Petitioner is the uncle of the detenu, Vijay S/o.Annadurai, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in BCDFGISSSV No.45/2018 dated 24.06.2018. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the son-in-law of petitioner in BCDFGISSSV No.45/2018 dated 24.06.2018 on the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.3182, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 30.07.2018 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
