Seeking a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Cr.No.08/2014 on the file of the respondent police with in a reasonable time.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that if three months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
