PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Certiorari Mandamus to call for the records of the culminate impugned orders Na.Ka.No.50/MAENIR1/2016 dated 20.02.2016 and letter No.3857/MATHINA.1/2016-2 dated 03.05.2016 issued by the 2nd and 1st respondents herein and quash the same and to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to allow the petitioner herein to continue his service up to 31.01.2017 from his forth coming superannuation dated on 31.05.2016.
