Writ Petitions are filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writs of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents herein from interfering with the extraction and distribution of water through water tanker lorry Nos.TN - 43 - D/8221, TN-37-AA/7040 and TNN 4552 by the petitioners within the limits of Coonoor Taluk, Nilgiri District respectively.
