O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw both the Civil Revision petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise all the issues in the suit. No costs. Considering the fact that both the 3/6

suits are pending from the year 2013, the learned Subordinate Judge, Sankari, is directed to proceed with the trial and complete the same within a period of three(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
