ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.202 of 2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation in Crime No.202 of 2014 has been completed and closure report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore, on 30.05.2016. Though a copy of the closure report was sent to the petitioner by post, he refused to receive the same. Hence, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent is furnished a copy of the closure report and RCS notice to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
