PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e. Cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Purple Ayurvedic Spa" Door No. 4/533, R.S.Road, Dharmapuri, Dharmapuri District by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2023.

The Writ Petition has been filed to the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e. Cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Purple Ayurvedic Spa" Door No. 4/533, R.S.Road, Dharmapuri, Dharmapuri District by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2023.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner was running a Saloon and SPA under the brand name "Purple Ayurvedic Spa" Door No. 4/533, R.S.Road, Dharmapuri, Dharmapuri District. However, respondent police are interfering with the petitioner's business. Therefore, this petition is filed for directing the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2023 is available with the respondent and appropriate orders would be passed in due course of time.
5. Recording the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court directs the respondent police to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders in the manner known to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
