Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent dated 06.10.2023 made in K5/53211647/2022 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to issue ryotwari patta in favour of the petitioners in favour of the land comprising survey No.7/1 to an extent of 0.30 acre, 7/2 to an extent of 1.12 acres, 7/3 to an extent of 0.22 acre, 7/4 to an extent of 0.50 acre and 1/2 to an extent of 4.12 acres situated at Padiyanaluur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District.
