Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records and quashing the impugned rejection dated 20.02.2024 issued by the First Respondent vide an E-mail dated 20.02.2024 in relation to the Petitioner's bid in Tender bearing No. TCA/Fintech/2024/01 as illegal, arbitrary and 1/4

untenable in law and consequently direct the Second Respondent to consider the representation dated 20.02.2024 issued by the Petitioner to the Second Respondent.

Heard Mr. M.S.Krishnan, Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Gowtham S.Raman, Learned Counsel, who takes notice for the Respondents, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of rejection dated 20.02.2024 issued by the First Respondent vide an E-mail dated 20.02.2024 in relation to the bid of the Petitioner in Tender bearing No. TCA/Fintech/2024/01 and to consequently direct the Second Respondent to consider the representation dated 20.02.2024 made by the Petitioner in that regard. 3.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that after 2/4

the filing of the Writ Petition, another notice has been served on the Petitioner, and it is proposed to file a comprehensive Writ Petition including all ncessary reliefs. In such circumstances, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to file such fresh Writ Petition, and Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarifications. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
